The monitoring will be done bythe teamsof NACO and SACS, which will visit the service
centres, periodically check the stock registers of materials at the SACS. Support
will also be taken from partner organizations, NGOs working in the field to conduct
visits for the monitoring purposes.
The IEC officers of the SACS will visit the field at least for one week in a month
to monitor the supply of materials, oversee the implementation of campaigns and
receive feedback about them. An assessment of the trainings undertaken will be done
and the best practices from across the activities would be documented and taken
up for replication and shared with NACO for publication in newsletter.
Regarding the planning for RRE, designated officers will be making extensive tours
of allocated districts to meet the concerned officials and participate in the DLOCs.
They will be travelling for planning and implementation of the RRE project.
A monthly review meeting of the IEC team which will be presided by the JD-IEC. This
meeting will take stock of the progress and plan for the next month of activities.
Quarterly meeting of IEC committee would be held in order to review the progress
and for planning for the next quarter. The IEC committee will comprise of the following
