OJEE Counselling 2022

The Odisha state government oversees the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination counselling. Candidates must attend counselling to be admitted to the first year and lateral entry into the various PG courses offered. Candidates must participate in the OJEE Counselling Registration 2022 process in order to be admitted to the various institutions based on their rank on the merit list.

After registering successfully, candidates must complete the remaining steps of OJEE counselling 2022, which include choice filling, locking, mock/temporary allotment, reporting at nodal centers, final seat allotment, and reporting at the allotted institutes. Seats will be allocated through a centralized OJEE Counselling 2022 process based on a merit list compiled from candidates’ JEE Main/OJEE 2022 scores. The exam conducting authority will open registration for OJEE counselling and choice filling 2022 on the official website. Separate OJEE Counselling 2022 will be held for JEE Main and special OJEE 2022 qualified candidates. It should be noted that the authorities will hold two rounds of OJEE counselling in 2022, as well as one special round.

OJEE Counselling Date 2022 Schedule

OJEE Counselling Date 2022 will begin in September 2022 for B.Tech/ B.Arch/ International M.Sc. candidates with a JEE Main All India Rank. All courses will have centralized counselling. Admission to all private, government, and sponsored institutions will be determined through counselling.

The entrance examination and order of merit will be used to determine admission. If documents produced by candidates during counselling are found to be false, their admission claim will be rejected. The allocation letter will be issued in September 2022.

OJEE Counselling 2022 Seat Allotment Process

The Odisha state will hold OJEE Counselling Registration 2022 for admission to various courses. Candidates must complete an online application form in which they must select the college or courses of their choice. Candidates must first register on the website in order to participate in the counselling. Candidates must also pay a non-refundable OJEE Counselling Fee 2022 of Rs.450/.

Candidates must present their original documents at the nodal centers for document verification. Candidates will be assigned seats and courses on a provisional basis during the first round of counselling. The final allotment of seats will be made based on the availability of seats in the various courses at the various colleges or institutions. Seat allocation will be made available in September 2022.

Steps to Apply for OJEE Counselling Registration 2022 Seat Allotment Process

Step 1: OJEE Counselling Registration- The first step will be for eligible candidates to register online for the OJEE counselling process and pay the counselling fee. For OJEE Counselling Registration 2022, candidates must enter the following information:

• OJEE 2022 Registration Number
• Name of Candidate
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Details of Educational qualification
• Details of Marks Secured in Special OJEE

After entering the above information, candidates must pay the OJEE OJEE Counselling Fee 2022 2022 online using a debit/credit card or internet banking.

Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking- Candidates must then fill out their preferences for colleges and courses in the following step. Candidates are advised to select as many options as possible in order to increase their chances of admission. Candidates must limit their choices within the parameters specified.

Step 3: Temporary seat allotment- The authorities will release the temporary seat allotment based on the candidates’ locked choices and the OJEE merit list. Candidates can view their OJEE seat allotment results on the official website. Candidates will also be notified of their seat allocation status via email and mobile phone.

Step 4: Reporting at Nodal Centers for Admission Fee Payment- Candidates who are assigned seats through temporary seat allotment must visit nodal reporting centers for document verification and payment of admission fees. Candidates must also pay Rs 25,000 as seat confirmation fees in any Axis Bank/State Bank branch via e-Challan or online via credit/debit card.

• Original Resident/Nativity Certificate from concerned Revenue Officer not lower than the Tahsildar.
• Original SC/ST/ Category Certificate by birth state of Odisha.
• Income Certificate for TFW candidates.
• Green Card issued by the Family Welfare Department of Govt. Of Odisha.
• Ex-Serviceman candidates apply at Rajya Sainik Board and verify whether their name is recommended or not.
• Original certificate in support of the category of Outlying Odia Speaking Tract.
• Certificate in support of NRI.
• Medical Certificate from SCB Medical College by PC candidates.
• Certificate of Employment of candidate’s parents from Govt of Odisha/Govt. Of India/Govt. Of India undertakings/Govt. Of Odisha undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application.

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment- Following the completion of document verification and fee submission at the nodal reporting centers, the authorities will release the final seat allotment for OJEE 2022. The final seat allocation will be posted on the official website. Candidates must download their seat assignment letters.

Step 6: Reporting at allotted Institute- Candidates who are assigned seats in the final allotment must report to the assigned institute with the seat allotment letter. Candidates must report to their assigned institute within the specified time frame to confirm their seats. Candidates must also bring all educational documents, as well as any other relevant documents, to the assigned institute.

Participating institutes are those that offer B.Tech admissions through OJEE counselling. According to data from the previous year, OJEE participating institutes include 8 government/government-aided institutes and 82 self-financed institutes.
