PM Kisan Registration
On February 1, 2019, the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, commonly known as PM KISAN, was introduced. This Program is governed by the government in an effort to aid farmers. This Program guarantees that farmers receive a minimum of 6,000 in annual income support. In India’s 2019 Interim Union Budget, Piyush Goyal unveiled PM Kisan’s proposal.
The government guarantees to deposit Rs. 6000 into each qualifying farmer’s bank account who registers for this Program. The farmer will receive a total of 6000 from the government in three equal, four-month instalments of 2000 each. The farmers’ wishes will be the sole determinant of how the fund is used. The Government of India alone is responsible for the transmission of funds. Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) is used to complete the funding.

PM Kisan Registration EKYC Update
One such Program is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, under which the Central Government will annually pay Rs 6000 to all farmers who are enrolled in our nation via direct bank transfer (DBT). However, some farmers are taking advantage of this Program as “fake farmers,” which is why the central government made it a requirement for the EKYC Program, ensuring that only eligible farmers receive its advantages.
All of the farmer brothers must have the same amount in their bank accounts in order to collect the funds provided under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Farmers who do not yet have eKYC on their bank accounts should do so as soon as possible because 11 instalments will not be paid to any farmer who does not have an eKYC update.
Let us inform you that the deadline for the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare to complete the 11th instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been moved from March 31, 2022, to May 31, 2022. All of the farmer brothers will now be able to complete their bank e-kyc until this final day and receive the benefit of the eleventh instalment.
