T20 World Cup Schedule
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, the eighth season of the T20 cricket world championship, will be held in Australia from October 16 to November 13, 2022. Originally the world cup was scheduled to take place in India in 2021, unfortunately, the event was postponed to 2022. So as announced by the BCCI Australia will host the event in 2022, the International Cricket Council (ICC) in August 2020.
The complete timetable for the ICC Cricket T20 World Cup schedule 2022 is shown below. On November 13, 2022, the Championship Final game will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. On November 9 and 10, respectively, the Sydney Cricket Ground and Adelaide Oval will host the semifinals.

T20 World Cup 2022 Teams
There will be 16 teams competing in the IPL T20 World Cup in 2022. There are 86 teams contending for 15 places, with Australia, the hosts, already secured one. The 16 teams who automatically qualify for the T20 world cup in 2022 include the top 8 teams from the T20 world cup in 2021. The other four teams will be competitors from the earlier event. The ICC tournament and qualifier games played throughout the year will be used to choose the final 4 teams.

T20 World Cup 2022 Venue
Six locations will host the ICC T20 World Cup in 2022. Bellerive Oval in Hobart and Kardinia Park Stadium in Geelong will host the opening round of the ICC T20 World Cup in 2022. The Sydney Cricket Ground, Perth Stadium, Bellerive Oval, Melbourne Cricket Ground, The Gabba, and Adelaide Oval are all slated to host Super 12 games.
On November 13, the ICC T20 World Cup 2022’s Championship Final game is set to take place at Melbourne Cricket Ground. It will be interesting to watch who of the 12 teams in Australia wins the trophy that evening.
