Paper 1 is for the aspirants who wish to be teacher of pre-primary classes (I to V) and Paper 2 is for the individual who wishes to be a teacher for upper-primary classes (VI to VIII).

Tamil Nadu TRB who are responsible for conducting the Tamil Nadu TET have not yet announced when they will release the trb.tn.nic.in TET 2022 Hall Ticket for both papers. In the TN Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 Paper 1 and Paper 2, 150 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) will. be asked from various sections. The time duration to Paper 1 or Paper 2 will be 180 minutes (03 hours), under this time duration aspirants who will have been appearing have to solve the maximum questions correctly. The examination will be conducted in the official mode i.e. it will be paper-pen based.

TN TET 2022 Exam Date has already announced, out of 150 Questions in Paper 1, 30 MCQs will asked from Child Development & Pedagogy, 30 MCQs will be asked from Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu, 30 MCQs from English, 30 MCQs from Mathematics and remaining 30 MCQs from Environmental Studies. Paper 1 & Paper 2 Exam timing are yet to be announced officially, but it is expected that it will take place before the afternoon. In Paper 2 of TNTET 2022, 30 MCQS will be asked from each Child Development & Pedagogy, English Language and Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Urdu and remaining 60 MCQs will be asked from Mathematics & Science or only Social Science.

To pass the Tamil Nadu TET 2022 an individual has to score the minimum qualification aggregate, which is already announced. The minimum qualification aggregate for the General category is 90 marks, which is 60% of 150 Marks. If an individual belongs to Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer), Scheduled Caste or Schedule Tribe has to score on 82.5 Marks (83 Marks) which is 55% percentage of the 160 marks. After passing the TN Teacher Eligibility Test the appread candidates will get a TET certificate which will be valid for the lifetime. To be a lower primary or upper primary teacher in Tamil Nadu an individual must have the Teacher Eligibility Test certificate.

  3. Trb எழுதிய தேர்வுகளின் முடிவே இன்னும் வரவில்லை அதுக்குள்ள tet exam வேற. தமிழ் நாடு அரசு ஏன் இப்படி பன்னனும். ஆசிரியர்கள் அவதிப்பட்டு நிற்கிறோம். இடையில் இப்படி ஒரு முடிவு posting போடுவிங்களா இல்லையா

  4. Please let me know whether tntet is going to be conduct or not? How many days we are waiting for the hall ticket…If there is no exam please let us know then we will try another option!😭
